Karan Marie “B-Bo” Sokol, 48

Karan Marie  “B-Bo” Sokol, 48, of Ellwood City passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the Butler Memorial Hospital.

Karan was born on May 8, 1972 in Detroit, MI to Jean (Cavallaro) Sokol. After moving to Ellwood City she became a member of the St. Elias Romanian Church. For many years she was tutored by the Walmo School which is located in New Castle. She enjoyed music, TV, playing cards, books, contact sports, and most of all her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her mother Jean Sokol, her sisters, Beth Sokol and Kim (Billy) Chapman all of Ellwood City, her brother, Chris Sokol of Ohio, her aunt, Marlene DeOtto of Cranberry Twp., her niece, Demi Chapman, her nephew, Domenic Chapman, and her cousins, Trisha and Joey.

Due to current conditions with the COVID-19 pandemic there will not be a public service. The final arrangements are entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc..
